【摘要】:1.1Themethoddescribedinthisstandardappliestothetransferofcalibrationfromreferencetofieldradiometerstobeusedformeasuringandmonitoringoutdoorradiantexposurelevels.ThisstandardhasbeenharmonizedwithISO9847.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletofieldradiometersregardlessoftheradiationreceptoremployed,butislimitedtoradiometershavingapproximately180176;(2960;Steradian),fieldangles.1.3Thecalibrationcoveredbythistestmethodemploystheuseofnaturalsunshineasthesource.1.4Calibrationsoffieldradiometersmaybeperformedattiltaswellashorizontal(at0176;fromthehorizontaltotheearth).Theessentialrequirementisthatthereferenceradiometershallhavebeencalibratedatessentiallythesametiltfromhorizontalasthetiltemployedinthetransferofcalibration.1.5Theprimaryreferenceinstrumentshallnotbeusedasafieldinstrumentanditsexposuretosunlightshallbelimitedtocalibrationorintercomparisons.Note18212;Atalaboratorywherecalibrationsareperformedregularlyitisadvisabletomaintainagroupoftwoorthreereferenceradiometersthatareincludedineverycalibration.Theseserveascontrolstodetectanyinstabilityorirregularityinthestandardreferenceinstrument.1.6Referencestandardinstrumentsshallbestoredinamannerastonotdegradetheircalibration.1.7ThemethodofcalibrationspecifiedfortotalsolarpyranometersshallbetraceabletotheWorldRadiometricReference(WRR)throughthecalibrationmethodsofthereferencestandardinstruments(MethodE913andTestMethodE941),andthemethodofcalibrationspecifiedfornarrow-andbroad-bandultravioletradiometersshallbetraceabletotheNationalInstituteofStandardsandTechnology(NIST),orotherinternationallyrecognizednationalstandardslaboratories.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
