【摘要】:ISO23274:2007establishesauniformchassisdynamometertestprocedureforhybrid-electricroadvehicles(HEV)withinternalcombustionengines(ICE)classifiedaspassengercarsandlightdutytrucks,asdefinedineachregionalannex.ISO23274:2007proposeswaysofcorrectingthemeasuredemissionsandfuelconsumptionofHEV,inordertoobtainthecorrectvalueswhenthebatterystateofcharge(SOC)oftherechargeableenergystoragesystem(RESS)doesnotremainthesamebetweenthebeginningandtheendoftestcycle.ISO23274:2007appliestoHEVwithICEofwhichthenominalenergyoftheRESSisatleast2%ofthetotalenergyconsumptionbythevehicleoverthetestcycle.ISO23274:2007appliestonon-externallychargeablevehicleswithoutanoperatingmodeswitchtodrawpropulsionenergyfromthefollowingsourcesofenergy:consumablefuel,andanenergystoragebattery/capacitorsystemthatisrechargeableonlybyanon-boardengine-generator/electricmotorsystem.ConsumablefuelscoveredbyISO23274:2007arelimitedtopetroleum-basedliquidfuels(e.g.gasolineanddieselfuel).
